Building Rental
Did you know MCPSD#1 offers building rentals?!
If you are interested in renting an area of our buildings, please carefully read and fill out the Building Rental Agreement. You can email the completed document to Eusebia.Zamudio@k12.nd.us or drop it off at the District Office.
The district uses a system called FMX to plan, manage, and track Facilities needs. To ensure that we have sufficient staff and building availability, you will need to enter a request into FMX. After the Building Rental Agreement has been submitted to the District Office, login to the FMX system. If you do not have an account in the FMX system, create one by clicking on their "Need an Account?" button.
Once you're logged in to the FMX system, click on "Click here to create a new schedule request" and fill out all necessary information. Again, this FMX entry is important for communicating your needs to the right staff and to ensure that we have sufficient staff and building availability for the time of your rental.
