Ordering Supplies

If you are entering a requisition into Weblink, before 7/1/21 for our 2021-2022 fiscal year, you need to make sure to change the date to 7/1/2021. The date will automatically default to the date it is when entering the requisition, but you can change it. It is really important to make sure you are changing that date if it is being entered for the 2021-2022 fiscal year and you enter it before 7/1/2021.  If you are entering requisitions after 7/1/2021, then you are fine to let it default to the date it is. Our system does not cut off fiscal year to fiscal year, so the way we can sort fiscal year to fiscal year is by date, so if the date is not changed, it will look like it is from the previous fiscal year, and unfortunately there is no way to change it on our requisition inquiry page after the initial person submits it. This only applies to Weblink, not Express.
