If you are NOT logged in, the image below is what you should see on your screen. You will click on "Copy previous submission". After you click this link, an email will be sent to you from us entitled "Submission Duplicated". Click the link in that email. You will be auto-logged into the form with your previous data entered. Remember to check your Junk/Spam email folder if you don't receive the email.

If you ARE auto-logged in, the image below is what you should see on your screen. You will click on "Copy previous submission", and a new form will open with your previous data entered.
