2024-2025 School Year

  • Bus Registration - All students need to register online and it will take 1-3 days get on the bus. You will recieve an email via flow forms when your student can ride the bus.
  • Bus Conduct- When your student is written up on the bus you will be sent an email via the FlowForms system. The information will give you what your child did, a description of the incident, and any action taken by driver. The email will tell you what number of write up this is: first, second, or third write up. A bus bulletin will be sent to the parent that your child was written up on the bus and please see your email for the detailed information.

  • Bus Bulletin- you will now be able to text the bus bulletin number to let Harlow’s office know if your child will not be riding the bus, what child didn’t have their z pass, your child can get off at the RRC, or any simple questions you may have. We will text back “ok” or "thanks”, so that you are aware we received your message. If you have not received a response, please call our office.

WHAT YOU AS A PARENT MUST DO is to save this number 701-354-1922 as "Bus Bulletin". Please check to make sure you did not block this number by accident. If you blocked it, you will not receive text messages. ***The number Harlows uses for texting is the phone number that you gave when you registered your student for the bus. If that phone number changes, you need to call Harlow’s to update your number.

  • Bus Stop Locator- Pick up times are available on the bus stop locator. Click on bus stop locator on the right hand side of this webpage. Once the map loads, type in your address. If your building has a letter or number on it you will need to include that on your address (ex. 1234 7th Ave NE A) No apt numbers needed. A red plus sign will come up on the map and that will tell you pick up time. Drop off times will be available 2 weeks after school starts and late start pick up times will be available further into the school year.
