We’re thrilled to share that not one, but two incredible Watford City High School students, Danielle Nusz and Patricia Schmitz, have been named Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation Semifinalists! Only 1,336 high school seniors have been selected from 105,000+ submitted applications from across the country to advance to the next stage of the selection process!
Both students expressed how meaningful it is to make it this far in the scholarship process. They see this achievement as a testament to their hard work and dedication, and they’re thrilled to have the opportunity ahead of them.
Next up, they’ll submit another round of essay questions before the applicant pool is narrowed down. From there, they’ll participate in 20-minute interviews for a chance to win a $20,000 scholarship and a trip with fellow recipients.
