The school district recently changed its food service software vendor to improve the options and flexibility for parents, students and staff. In the transition from the previous vendor, Titan, families with link accounts (more than one student) did not transfer to the new system, Primero Edge, correctly due to the fact the new vendor does not support linked accounts. Therefore, the combined family balance held within Titan at the end of the 2022-2023 school year was transferred to EACH student in the Primero Edge software instead of the total family account balance. Therefore, in most cases, the Primero Edge accounts have more funds in them than was transferred from the former system or put into the system to start the school year. The school district was made aware of the situation and began corrections as of 8/30/2023 and that process is ongoing. Please note this change as it occurs in your food service account to correct the error and additional funds allocated to your account by error. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
